At GEMYPA we have ongoing needs and a philosophy of continuous improvement, and in June we received a new Engel injection moulding machine.
More specifically, it was the “Duo 5160/700”, a powerful machine for large parts with a clamping force of 700 t. The DUO machines are built for efficient production of highly complex large plastic parts.
It consists of two high-speed cylinders ensuring very competitive cycle times.
Enhanced production while saving space owing to the compact two-platen design.
Energy consumption is also reduced, and the clean mould area is the result of frictionless platen on pressure pads. High energy efficiency which is further improved with the smart ENGEL servo-hydraulic ecodrive.
With the inclusion of this new machine at our facilities, we now have a wide range of injection machines at two plants, MYPAINYECCIÓN and INYMON.
