Dear friends,
I am writing to you, as members of different groups of interest, with the full satisfaction of informing you that we are working on our first sustainability report by the company Inyecciones Montañana, S.A. It is a report that will describe the different policies we have implemented and different actions we have taken over recent years, and the new challenges the future brings us.
As part of the Grupo Empresarial MYPA, INYMON as we are known in the industry, we engage in injection and decoration of plastic parts, mainly for the white goods and the automotive industry. From an industrial and productive perspective, our pillars consist of cutting-edge production technology and, of course, digitalisation, both in regard to production processes and information systems.
We are currently going through an extremely difficult period concerning health, social life and economics, and we are making a huge collective effort to overcome these adversities. By following our strategic lines we have managed to make a positive impact on our employment, service, quality and safety indicators, in addition to our responsible commitment to our surrounding area. Of course, the Environment is a major part of this area, where we are focussing on ISO 14001 certification. Moreover, through the different actions we have implemented, we are also doing our bit to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals established by the UN.
With our sights set on all these challenges, INYMON has a highly professional human team which works flexibly and is strongly committed to providing our customers with the very best quality, service and competitiveness that they require. People are the foundation of our project, and through them we strive to reinforce the concept of team spirit in the very broadest sense of the term: camaraderie, communication, growth, trust, motivation, empathy…
Obviously, as could not be otherwise, a mention must be made regarding the health crisis affecting the global world, in which the health and safety of the team and the nearby area has become more important than ever, and on which we have focussed all our personal and business efforts to make work as comfortable as possible in a
situation that, in itself, makes things much harder.
To end these lines, I would like to repeat the great satisfaction I feel of working on
this Report with the team, which we will be publishing in the near future, but also the
satisfaction of improving day by day.
